TIP: simple syrup

We want you to improve your recipes.

The syrup is liquid sugar that we use in the preparation of the cocktails. The right way to do it is mixing sugar (you can choose the one you like) with hot water in equal parts.

We use syrup because it sweetens faster than the regular sugar does and is easier to dissolve in cold temperatures.
